At The Gleam Bags, your satisfaction matters to us. We strive to make every shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • All original tags and packaging are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or approved for a partial refund, at our discretion.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Gift cards or promotional/free items

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at thegleambags@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

  3. Securely pack the item and include the RAN inside the package

  4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by The Gleam Bags

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately:

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card provider, as posting times may vary
