Return Eligibility
You may request a return if your item meets the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and undamaged

All original tags and packaging are intact

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined or approved for a partial refund, at our discretion.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

Customized or personalized products

Gift cards or promotional/free items
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Securely pack the item and include the RAN inside the package

Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping will be covered by The Gleam Bags

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is completed
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds
